The staff was ever so polite and helpful. We would ask them for directions to a museum and the next day they would ask us how it was. I set of the fire-alarm by accident when I was making toast and they did not get angry at all.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is wide. The hotel is not new but all the installations are in a good state and clean.
The TV had just 5 channels. It is 15 minutes by bus from the center.

The staff were very, very friendly and helpful. For a budget hotel I was pleasantly surprised with the room and the continental type breakfast was more than adequate. Very clean.
I think it would be better if the hotel was completely non-smoking. I fully understand some people want the option. Our room obviously had been occupied by smokers and despite the staff's attempts to 'air' the room on our arrival, it did spoil it a little for me.
